Our company was originally established in 1994 in Amesbury.  We moved to Salisbury in 2000 to our purpose built premises.  Our butchers have decades of experience in the Industry in both catering and retail butchery. 

 

When we first opened our doors, our services were primarily in the catering world serving many local pubs, schools and nursing homes - most of which we still serve to this day.  We recognised that the public also wanted fresh quality meat that they could select for themselves and so we opened our shop in 2009.

 

Fast forward to 2015, we changed ownership and re-branded.  We are now a thriving butchery business based in the small market town of Salisbury, Wiltshire. We are looking forward to welcoming customers both old and new.
